At Movie Mania Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery (unless faulty).

• Digital downloads or gift cards (if applicable).

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.

How to Return an Item

2. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

3. Securely package the item and send it to the address provided.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
